Sarah and John celebrated their fairytale in pure elegance, with vibrant styling and impeccable details to match.
The couple wanted a venue with character, one that provided a quintessential Melbourne city wedding experience. For that, they didn’t have to look further than State Library Victoria, where they celebrated in the delightful Isabella Fraser Room.
From day to night, the Isabella Fraser Room is a warm, inviting space and a delightful blank canvas for styling. The couple selected a vibrant colour palette which contrasted stunningly against the lighter features of the room. Combinations of deep reds and pinks amongst a plethora of green foliage were featured in beautiful oversized floral arrangements, produced by the team at Botanics of Melbourne.
Elle from Wild Romantic Photography captured the day – producing stylish, editorial style images that we are still obsessing over. Sarah dressed in an impossibly chic, dusty pink gown, complemented by a beautiful bouquet to match.
Pre-dinner drinks were held in the Victoria gallery, which of course, began with a champagne tower. The couple is thankful their producers suggested the idea – it was the perfect addition to the evening.
Sarah and John worked with Showtime wedding specialist’s Alice and Colleen during the planning process and mentioned they felt very supported and guided on key elements that would help bring their dream vision to fruition. They say they were blown away by the professionalism, service and smooth operation of their special day – with special mention to Colleen and Chloe who were on the ground.
